Joyce Anna Abbott

Born January 13, 1960 in Lansing, Michigan daughter of Dewaine and Betty (Wilder) Abbott passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the age of 64.
Joyce is survived by her children, Betty Nostrant and Bobby D. Abbott; 7 grandchildren, Dawn, Gladys, Patrick, Charles, David, Darlene, and Jeffery; great-granddaughter, Ellena; mother, Betty J. Abbott; brother, David Abbott along with many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Dewaine Abbott; sister, Careanna Cox; sister, Jeanetta Arnett; and her niece, Breanna Springer.
Joyce had multiple hobbies including 3-D printing, collecting baby dolls, and playing Bingo. She was very creative and had a huge heart, especially for those in need. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
There will be a memorial wake/luncheon held at South Church of the Nazarene at a day and time yet to be determined.
Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
