Joseph T. Herrick
Age 79, passed away peacefully 1/25/14. He was born 2/20/34, in Lansing, attended Resurrection School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Joe retired from Michigan Bell, and had a love for computers, video recording and family.
He is preceded in death by: parents, Robert and Ellen Herrick; brother, Richard Herrick; and sister-in-law, Wanda Ray. Surviving are: his wife, Clarabelle; sisters, Mary (Eldon) Dysinger, Anne Burke; brother-in-law, Marvin Ray; nieces, Debbie (Norm) Harris, Tamara Knop, Margie Eastlund; great-nieces and nephews; a great-great-niece and many friends at the Sam Corey Senior Center and First Presbyterian Church.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, 1/28/14, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, with interment to follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holt Community Food Bank or Hospice Advantage.
