John Newton Snodgrass
Age 82, of Holt, MI, passed away November 2, 2015. John was born August 4, 1933, in Dayton, OH, to the late Dallas and Martha “Lulu” Snodgrass. He graduated from G.M.I. in Flint and retired as a mechanical engineer from Oldsmobile.
John is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Phyllis; children, Stephen (Bonnie) Snodgrass, Ginger Welles, and Richard (Jane) Snodgrass; grandchildren, William, David and Sara Snodgrass; and great-grandson, Wesley.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Interment will follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
