Jo Anne Woodrough

Age 80, of Holt, MI, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017, in Lansing. She was born July 16, 1936, in Lansing to Harold S. and Catherine “Helen” E. (Melendy) Barnes.

Jo Anne was raised in Holt and later became a Practical Nurse for the State of Indiana, working in the VA Hospital for 28 years. She had a love for dogs, birds and flowers.

Jo Anne is survived by her children: Terri Gober and William Brooks; grandchildren: April Gober, Forrest Gober, and Grant (Nicole) Brooks; great-grandchildren: Blayne Brooks, Ty and Mason Robinson, and Kayden Gober; and her siblings Jim and Jane.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Van Woodrough, and a son Mark.

Private family services will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
