I am just learning of Jill’s passing. I am so devastated. Although I have not kept in touch with Jill over the years, when she first retired I was in her “women’s” euchre club with other ladies from MDOT. What a hoot she was! Feisty, outspoken (didn’t hold anything back), just an all around lovely lady. In fact, when she retired, I was hired for her position. Learned a lot from her! My condolences to her family, I know she has been missed. May peace be with you all.
