Jennifer A. Vogel

Age 46, passed away on September 4, 2026. She was born on September 26, 1979, in Lansing, MI to James and Karen (Beckett) Firos.

Jennifer was a 1998 graduate from DeWitt high school. She was a member of University United Methodist Church and worked for Sparrow Patient Financial Services. Jennifer was a huge animal lover, adopting multiple furry friends. She enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers and raising her children. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter.

She is survived by her husband of 4 ½ years, Eric C. Vogel; children, Caitlyn Wilzer, Nathan Wilzer, David Hopkins, Grace Haueter, and Victoria Vogel; mother, Karen Firos; and sister, Jacqueline (Simon) Samara. She is preceded in death by her father, James Firos.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2026, at University United Methodist Church, 1120 S Harrison Rd, East Lansing, MI 48823 with visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society or University United Methodist Church Outreach Fund.
