Janice M. Lundberg
Lansing, MI
Janice Marie Lundberg (McCoy) entered into eternal rest on January 22, 2026, joining her beloved husband, Keith Lundberg. Born and raised along the Tug River in West Virginia, Janice was immensely proud of her roots. She loved sharing stories of being a full-blooded McCoy and often spoke about the famous Hatfield–McCoy feud.
As a teenager, Janice moved to Michigan, where she found a second family through the local pharmacy. Working at the soda fountain, she formed a lifelong bond with the pharmacist and his family, who welcomed her as one of their own.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Keith, and her sisters, Lenell Doss and Loretta Lark. She leaves behind her son, Steve Lundberg, and daughter, Kim Lundberg; grandchildren, Marshall (Rain) Lundberg, Tanner (Brett) Lundberg, and Madison (George) Glidden; and great-grandchildren, Leland and Paxton Lundberg, and Tatum and Hudson Glidden.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.

January 26, 2026 at 9:02 amJan was a very special friend to my late mother, Dee Cornell. Oh, the adventures they had, and the stories they would tell. The neighborhood ladies would meet almost daily on one of their porches, some on chairs, other on the steps, sipping their ice tea. You wouldn’t believe how many conversations could happen at once, and none of them missed a word. Mom counted on her for rides when Pa wasn’t around. Jan loved lunches with the Tulip Gang, playing cards, and traveling. What a wonderful friend, and a special lady. She will be missed.
