Janice M. Barber
Age 76, of Lansing, MI, passed away June 12, 2019. She was born August 17, 1942, in Carson City, MI, to Alan and Blanche Sebring.
She is survived by her children, Steven Barber, Anthony (Lori) Barber, and Loraine (Kevin) Patterson; grandchildren, Allyson and Bryan, Logan and Drew, and Emily, Amanda, and Kaitlyn; brothers, Thomas (Nancy) and Alan Sebring; and other extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Irwin C. Barber, in 2017.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2019, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memory Gardens, Okemos. Her family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to New Home Missionary Baptist Church, Lansing.

June 20, 2019 at 8:46 amIt wasn’t long that I had just met you were we lived you was so kind I remember when you found out you was that I’ll you ask me to come inside your apt and took out the picture of you and your husband and you told your husband you would be seeing him soon. I wish you would still be here but God wanted you to come be with him and when the gates was open you went in and I no you was smiling seeing your husband again and I also know that you went to heaven because I new from day one you had a kind heart you will be miss .
