Jacqueline Lee Ladson
St. Johns, Michigan
Born July 23, 1942 in Highland Park, Michigan daughter of the late Walter and Mabel (Buskirk) Hyde, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 28, 2026 at the age of 84.
Jacqueline was a loving Mother, GMA, and GG to her family which includes her 2 children, Lynn Marie (Joseph) DeWeese, and Brian Ladson and Valerie Ladson; 4 grandchildren, Rebecca (Jordan Russell) DeWeese, Rachel (Steven) Creller, Zac (Kaila) Ladson, and Justin (Brantae Luttig) Ladson; 2 great-grandchildren, Addie and Chloe Creller and her nephew, Chris Hyde.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roland W. Ladson, and her brother, Ronald Hyde.
Family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids, were of the utmost importance to Jackie. Her best moments in life were spent with them.
Jackie retired from Sparrow Hospital where she worked in Medical Records. She was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and loved attending ball games and watching them on T.V.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Mt Hope Church, 3417 E. Grand River Ave., Williamston, MI 48895. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memory Gardens in Okemos.
The family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, 2121 N. Cedar St. in Holt on Wednesday, September 2nd, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
