Rest in Heaven my Beautiful friend. I’m sorry you had to be taken from us. You had a beautiful spirit and such a caring personality. I truly enjoyed working with you for all the years that we did, it made working at Meijer so much better. I’m grateful for having spent the years by your side in our work battles made busting heads fun, lol. You will be greatly missed.

To all the people that loved you Hubbie. I’ve already needed to call you and ask you something. There will be a great big hole in my life. You were the master of debate and information. Yet you were a kind soul and a stand up person. If I needed backup at work or life you were there without hesitation. For 30 years you have been a true friend and brother to me. I also know to many more. Jen and kids just ask. We’ll be there too

May he rest in peace!! our prayers from my family goes out to all his family and friends. He was a fun person, we shared good times and bad in that office on cedar st. I always enjoyed seeing his tea box, as I have my own collection, yet his transformers, i would think what if I brought my drills collection.

He will always be remembered. Hubie was next door to the “Thunder Alley crew”, we called Library Alley.
I had my last chat with him at Meijer Aug 2021.

Hubie always took the time to take an interest in what was going on in my life and share hilarious stories and knowledge about things he realized we had in common. Always willing to stop whatever he was doing and lend a helping hand, he made my transition to a new career as smooth as possible.

Prayers to his family, loved ones, and those that were blessed to have known him. I hope you are able to find the strength to celebrate this wonderful man’s life and what he meant to so many others.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss Jennifer. I will be praying for peace and comfort for you and your family. May you feel Holy Spirits presence and ask him to give you comfort. He is our comforter and He will comfort you when you ask Him to. Hubie was a very quite, peaceful man. He did what he could to help others in need. He was protective of his family and loves them dearly. Jennifer was an awesome wife to Hubie showing him he was loved and wanted as a husband and father of her children. Hubie talked of Jennifer and his children with great admiration. Hubie and Jennifer together nurtured their children by the light of the love of Jesus from within themselves. What a fun filled family who will know how to continue on knowing Hubie is with their Father in Heaven. The Word states God will never leave us nor forsake us. Since He will never leave us and Hubie is with Him, then Hubie is with you Jennifer and your children. Hubie is running freely in God’s kingdom as a child of God and brother of Jesus. No worries for him, he is free of restraints and is in a state of bliss and awe. During the celebration of life, my prayer will be that you feel the depth of partying Hubie is doing. He has his hands open to you Jennifer and to your children. He wants you to take his hand and dance with him. Let his light shine on your face and your heart. He’s learning the dance of life from Jesus and wants to share it with you. Peace to you my sister in Christ, you and Hubie are one in Christ Jesus and so are your children. Holy Spirit they need comforted now, please comfort them. We ask this in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen Lord Jesus. Love, peace and comfort to you and your family Jennifer.

I just found out about Hubie’s passing… so sad. He had such a huge heart and loved his family so much. I first met him years ago and reconnected with him back in the latter 90’s getting comics from Keith Daggett’s old store. God Bless
