Harry C. Lawrence, Jr.
Age 92, of Lansing, MI, passed away July 19, 2014. He was born May 27, 1922, in Detroit, MI, son of the late Harry, Sr. and Anna Lawrence.
Harry proudly served in the Army during World War II. He retired from G.M. as a supervisor, was a member of C.A.R.D.S. and the VFW.
He is survived by his children, Mary (Joe) Radogna, Harry Stephen (Marcia) Lawrence, Jack E. (Tammy) Lawrence, Jeane A. (Roger) Berends, Thomas M. (Gina) Lawrence and Douglas G. Lawrence; 7 grandsons and 9 granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine Lawrence; second wife, Marion Lawrence; 1 grandson; and 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Msgr. Bernard Reilly at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at St. Mary Cathedral, 219 Seymour St., Lansing. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
