Geri Esio

Age 92, passed away September 29, 2026.  She was born February 21, 1934, in Flint, to Michael and Sophia Patrick.  Geri graduated from Sacred Heart High School, and worked at the General Motors Tank Plant as a secretary.  She enjoyed sewing and was very “fussy.”

Geri is survived by her husband, Nat Esio; and son, Gary Chambon, Jr.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2026, at St. Martha Catholic Church, 1100 W. Grand River Ave., Okemos.  Her family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Monday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or St. Martha Catholic Church in memory of Geraldine Esio.
