December 7, 2021 at 1:18 pmYears ago being one of the youngest in my Family I let Gene know that I was adopting him as my Grandpa since mine had passed years earlier. Over the years when we had time to spend together it was clear that this was a man who had a heart for the Lord and a heart for others. I’ll miss that warm greeting and full of life spirit Gene had whenever Myself or my Family was in his presence. I’m grateful for the chance to have gotten to know you and I trully will miss you my friend.
