Garry S. Dines

May 28, 1953 – April 8, 2020

Sweet, crazy, effervescent, Dynamic Dines, otherwise known as Garry, left this earth tragically on April 8, 2020, to soar with the angels.  The world will never be the same. Please join us as we raise the level of laughter and, oh, that Dines smile, in tribute to someone whose light is so needed right now and whose bright spirit we will always carry in our hearts. He treated every day as a gift from God, he grabbed it with gusto, filled it with laughter, and always found the good in everyone; we will endeavor to do the same.   Loved by so many, but never as much as his two children and four grandchildren; his two sisters, niece and nephews; certainly most of Florida, much of Michigan, and a number of other states as well that hold cousins, life-long friends, even mere acquaintances, who smiled when they saw his name on Caller ID.  His calls are not reaching us right now, but he’s watching and listening for us as he whistles with his Dad, cooks with his Mom, and waits for us to join him in the real paradise.

May he be numbered among the saints and may his Memory be Eternal.

But then again, who could forget him?   Sing on and Sail on, Sweet Brother and our Gregarious Garry!

A memorial/celebration will be held in the future.
