Frances M. Siegrist

Age 95, of Lansing, passed away October 11, 2010. She was born in Dimondale, MI the daughter of William and Nettie (Mans) Geisenhafer.

Frances was a member of St. Mary Cathedral in Lansing and was very active in its Altar Society and the Ave Maria Circle, and was a volunteer at St. Lawrence Hospital. She was a personal secretary to Ransom E. Olds as well as several CPA firms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis P. Siegrist; son, James Siegrist; grandson, John Siegrist; and brother, Royce Geisenhafer. Frances is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances (Ron Browning) Siegrist, and several nieces.

The Rite of Committal will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2010 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society. Arrangements by Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
