Eva J. Crusoe

Age 74, of Lansing, MI, passed away August 16, 2017. She was born October 28, 1942, in Enterprise, AL. Eva is the daughter of Berta Lewis and Donnis Greenwood, who preceded her in death. Also preceding Eva in death, son Leonard Crusoe, 3 sisters, Lillie Mae Wilkerson, Rena Mae Reid, and Flora Jean Henderson, and 1 brother, Donnis Greenwood, Jr.

Eva is survived by 6 children, Dennis (Regina), Monroe (Tammy), Teresa, Derrick (Nicole), Rory (Yvette), and Tonya (Robert); 5 sisters, Jennifer Copes and Mary Witherspoon, both of Enterprise, AL, Alice Franklin and Beverly Jones, both of Orlando, FL, and Willa Mae Williams of Lansing; 2 brothers, Herbert and James Greenwood, both of Enterprise, AL; several grand and great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Eva graduated from Lansing Adult and Continuing Education on June 3, 1992. She retired from Oldsmobile after 27 years of service due to illness. She loved garage sales and planting flowers.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Greater Love Apostolic Temple, 505 Seymour Ave., Lansing. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memory Gardens, Okemos. Her family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, August 25th at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
