Elaine R. Burch

Age 81, of Okemos, passed away May 29, 2012.  She was born June 22, 1930, in Lansing, to George and Velma Beaubier.  Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Harry and by her parents.

Surviving are:  son, Hank (Deedee) Burch of Traverse City; daughter, Heather Burch of St. Johns; 4 grandchildren; a great-grandson; sister, Sue (Ron) Carpenter of Lansing; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with interment to follow in East Lawn Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Autism Association in memory of Elaine Burch and Renee Cooper.
