While it had been many years, He and Barbara were such important figures in my childhood. I know he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Sending my love and condolences.

I’ll always remember the good times we had. Especially those parties where we cooked, and tended bar, at Vinnie’s

You are already missed!

I always referred to him as Mr. Lobel. He treated me as if I was of his own . In fact any of the Lobels childrens friends that were welcomed into their home Mr. Lobel treated like family . He was a giant teddy bear as Becky has mentioned before with a tough guy appearance some would say a mobster look. I remember for awhile I though secretly he was in the mob especially all the traveling he did , until I got to go to one of the clothing stores he did business with , great memories with the entire Lobel Family . They took me in when I needed it the most . He will be missed by so many. My heart goes out to the entire family. Love you all

We were friends with Ed & Barbara for 43 years. I recall his coming home from heart bypass surgery, just as I was being released for the same surgery. He could drive, we would go out everyday, stopping at various drug stores to check our blood pressure. Ed was an incredible friend to both of us. We will miss him, he will always be in our thoughts.

I met Ed on Facebook, and we were Facebook friends for several years. He always teased me that I misspelled my name. He’ll be missed.
