Dorothy Hagen

Dorothy Hagen, our beloved mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully, February 5, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Lansing to Louis and Louise Evans.  Dorothy will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and fun-loving spirit.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Judy (Ronney) Amley (Hagen) of Lansing; grandchildren, Amy (Jubal) Shields (Amley), Jeff (Kim) (Berry) Amley; great-grandchildren, Archer Shields, Mara and Connor Amley.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her parents, four brothers, and three sisters.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation to all the nurses, doctors, and staff at McLaren Hospice for all of their compassion and support they extended to Dorothy and her family.  At Dorothy’s request, there will not be a service.  For those desiring, contributions may be made in memory of Dorothy to McLaren Lansing Hospice, 2515 S.
