Dora Lee Woodard
Age 90, passed away June 08, 2023. She was born July 23, 1932, in Calhoun City, Mississippi, to Luther and Ida Flowers. Dora was a member of Trinity A.M.E Church.
Dora is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Willie Woodard in 1993; brothers, Johnnie Flowers, Clarence Flowers, C.L. Flowers, and Joe Thomas Flowers; and sister, Luella Ewings. She is survived by sons, Thomas (Louchie) Woodard, and Willie (Joy) Woodard; grandchildren, DeMarco, Tanja, Dana, Kendra, Tomisha, Daniel, Billie, Milton, Dominic, and Nicole; great-grandchildren, Imani, ReNaiya, Terroin, Jaden, Noah, Mi’Angel, and Lasandra; and great-great-grandchildren, A’kira, and Armani.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Trinity A.M.E Church, 3500 W. Holmes Rd., Lansing, with visitation one hour prior to the funeral. Interment will follow in Delta Center Cemetery.
