Delores "Jeanene" Baldridge
Age 81, passed away December 7, 2010. She was born October 5, 1929, in Lansing, and lived in Lansing until moving to North Carolina in 2007, and in October of 2010, she moved back to Clare.
She, along with her husband, Wayne, owned and operated the Hilltop Rustic Bar, and she did volunteer work at hospitals. She always kept active, and donated her organs and tissues to the Gift of Life.
Jeanene was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne in 1980; her grandson, Allen; brother, Sonny Naylor; and her dog, Bo. Surviving are: 2 daughters, Sheran (Bill) Burkey of Arizona, and Shannon (Mike) Hill of Colorado; son, Terry Baldridge of North Carolina; 9 grandchildren, including Christopher and Gerald Baldridge, who had cared for her while she lived in Clare; many great-grandchildren; and sister, Sara Lee Adams.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, and a private interment will take place in Deepdale Memorial Gardens in Lansing.
