Debbie Sue Skaggs

Age 58, of East Lansing, MI, passed away peacefully in her home on June 20, 2021. She was born March 31, 1963, in Lansing, MI.

She is survived by her father, Gary (Susan) Skaggs; sisters, Dawn Skaggs, Lisa Kelly, and Tammy Skaggs; stepbrother, Charles Scott; stepsister, Amanda Newburn; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Skaggs, and grandparents Bernice and Cye Newman.

Family will welcome guests for a visitation, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, on Friday, June 25, at 10:00 a.m., with a service beginning at 11:00 a.m., immediately following the service, friends and family will meet at Pritchard Cemetery, in Sumner Township. The Cemetery is located at: 5273 N. Pingree Rd., Elwell, MI  48832.
