David Peterson
David, age 85, of Lansing, MI, was born April 20, 1933, at home to Otto V. and Aino W. Peterson and passed away November 25, 2018, in East Lansing, MI. David worked at GM for 30 years retiring in 1983. He was a member of UAW Local 652. David married Norma E. Coffey on April 19, 1958.
He is survived by his loving wife, Norma; his 3 sons, Russell (Malinda) Peterson of Lansing, and Timothy (Dyann Saal) Peterson and Michael Peterson, all of Charlotte; and his daughter, Jeanine (Bryan) Brink of Ossineke. David was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Williams, brother Edwin Peterson, and his parents.
A visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. There will be no service. Memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
