Chad Emil Kus, 43, of Saco, Maine, passed away April 15, 2020, at his residence. He was born in Lansing, Michigan, on December 25, 1976, the son of Emil and Sharon Smith Kus.
Private family burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery, Okemos, MI.

April 23, 2020 at 2:21 pmChad was a blessing to all he knew. He was like a brother to Justin and like a member of our family while he was growing up. He had an infectious smile and great sense of humor. He also had an inquiring mind. We knew him when he played with Transformers and Star Wars. He loved fishing and his home in Maine, but remembered his roots in Michigan. We will miss you Chad and wish we had more time with you.

I can’t tell you how many hours we spent playing in his basement, backyard, pool, tree house, etc. while growing up. We played so hard once in the up-ground pool, that we collapsed it. Flooded part of his and part of our yards. We thought it was hilarious. His parents, and our parents, not so much! 🙂
