I worked with Cecil on different occasions and always enjoyed his dry sence of humor and his stories. A true brother that will ascend the steps into the temple. His prayers will be missed.

Excuse my delay in acknowledging Cecil’s passing, just learned about it reading my Building Tradesman newspaper. I wish to express my deepest condolences to his family. As a young traveling journeyman electrician I was fortunate to work under Cecil in the summer of 1984 at the old Grand River Oldsmobile plant. In my 30 years in the trade Cecil was one of the nicest and most considerate foreman I ever worked for. He was truly a wonderful person and I remember him fondly.
