Thoughts and prayers are sent to all the Auriemma “Family”. You had a very special lady in your lives. May the memories help you through
this difficult time.

Cathie opened her home, her arms and her heart to a naïve, farm girl from Pennsylvania who had flown to Japan to get married. Since she was already married with a child, she seemed like a mother figure to me even though we were only a couple years apart in age. Over the past 46 years she still listened and encouraged me as we went about our individual lives, always picking up where we left off after our last conversation. I shall miss you, Cathie.

Cathie has touched so many people and we are all the better for having known her. HUGS to you all.
