I remember meeting Carolyn for the first time at Aunt Lena’s home. Alan introduced her as his fiancé. Carolyn was quiet, soft spoken and very warm. She continued that way and was always there for her family. Carolyn visited me with Alan in Boston and we t was always wonderful to spend time with her. We were family.
We will miss her.

Truly a surprise to hear that cousin Carolyn has passed away. My wife Sandy and I extend our condolences to the family. I remember the weekends we would travel to Lansing to spend the day with the family.

My heart is breaking Carolyn’s family. I know how much she was loved and will be missed by them. I only met her a few times, but heard about her often through Marni, who spoke about her with tremendous admiration, respect, and love.

It was the highlight of my day being Carolyn’s nurse. Never cared about what was going on with herself, and only cared about me showing her baby pics! I had to tell her multiple times – “Carolyn, let me get you settled first and then we can look at baby and ultrasound photos!” I’m so saddened to hear of her passing. I wish I could’ve given her one last baby photo and hug goodbye. Hugs to you, Marni!!
