November 23, 2025 at 12:58 pmSo sad to learn of Brenda’s passing. Brenda worked with me for years as an Election Inspector for East Lansing. It was a delight to get to know her. Her favorite station to work was thanking voters for coming in and dispensing the “I voted” stickers. Always a smile and kind word for everyone. I always looked forward to her coming in for the afternoon shift, always bringing in sweet treats for everyone. We all missed her at the fall election! She frequently shared stories of love of her family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and know her light will shine on through you.
