Billie Jean Virch
Holt, Michigan.
Age 78, passed away at her home on Saturday, August 13, 2016. She was born June 30, 1938, in Angola, Indiana, to Cecil and Anna Dolph.
Billie Jean is survived by her husband, Dale Virch; daughter, Susan (Mark) Novakoski Proctor; son, Victor (Brenda) Novakoski; stepdaughter, Kelly Brayton and her children and grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis (Russell) Nielsen and Betty Tabor; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Julia Loughlin.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Holt Church of the Nazarene, 4851 Holt Rd. with Pastor Debra Mulder officiating. A funeral dinner will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sparrow Home Hospice. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.

always, always made me smile. I told her she should be a stand up
comedian. She proudly told me “my daughter is”.
She also told me a story relating to her and Dale’s first date. Billie said he called her at the office, asked her out. Billie said “to herself, let me see how serious he is, promptly she replied to him by saying, hold on I must get the other line”. She then busied herself for the next 15 minutes. She picked up the phone, Dale was patiently waiting. The rest is history.
