August 31, 2022 at 1:36 pmBetty “Jean” Tupper was my aunt. She was funny, kind and gentle. Her heart was always open. I always loved going to her and Uncle Chucks as kids. It was a safe place to be filled with love.
She will be missed.
All my thoughts and prays to Randy and Steve.
