My sincere condolences to you Carlos and Cedric. I lived next door in the Fox’s apartments (736 and then 808) from 1972-79. Basilio was a wonderful neighbor and we spoke often. I marveled at the beautiful garden in the front yard.

Dear Libiran Family, my deepest condolences for the passing of your father. Mr. Libiran was one of the kindest, most humble and well spoken person I have had the previlage to know since my childhood. He is well respected in the community and he never wavered from the purpose he felt in his heart. Your Mom and Dad are loved by many and will be missed by all. With loving memory, Rhea Copiaco Van Atta

Dear Libiran Family, I am so saddened by the loss of Tito Basilio. I recently just heard and am sorry we couldn’t join you during the memorial. We send our deepest condolences to each of you. I know we will all miss Tito Basilio’s gentle, kind and loving spirit. We will miss his quiet strength. Each of you have your own quiet strength and loving spirit that continues his and Tita Ines’s legacy and the ways you support each other. I know that you all have a lot to worry about and I wish you each comfort. May memories light your path and warm your heart in days to come. Big hugs to all of you…sending you much love.

Carlos, Cedric and all family,
My condolences to you. Your parents were wonderful people in my life. I met your parents while I served as a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Mary Cathedral. They were so very kind and caring. I had the privilege of visiting them in their home when they invited the board members of the SVDP Society. Daily I passed by the house and enjoyed seeing your Mother gardening and the lovely flowers that graced the front yard. It was my pleasure to see your parents at Mass and to chat with them afterwards.
I hope your happy memories throughout the years will bring comfort to your aching hearts.
Love and prayers to you.
Peggy LaFleur
