February 16, 2024 at 3:01 pmI had the very good fortune to work directly with Barb for many years at Michigan State University when she was in the Office of Planning and Budgets. Barb was an extremely hard and diligent worker who always had a smile, was precise and thorough in her work, was calm under pressure, and possessed a gift for problem solving. She was an excellent member of our team and her contributions are immeasurable! I’m certain that in ll that Barb did, these fine qualities always came through and led to her many volunteer leadership positions. I’m sure many will say (and should!) that it will never be the same without Barb, but we are all better because Barb was part of our lives.
