Barbara Jean Griffin

Born December 8, 1925 in Ogden, Utah, daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel Nall, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at age 95.

Surviving are her four children, Sharon (John) Linebaugh, Terry (Ginni) Faught, Gloria Grayeski, Glen Griffin; four grandchildren, Jay (Evie) Linebaugh, Sandy Stilwell, Anne (Mike) O’Dell, and Elizabeth (Harold) Dill; 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Leota Gee, along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Griffin; brothers, William and Richard Nall as well as her son-in-law, Donald Grayeski.

Barbara graduated from Perry High School, and later worked as a secretary for the State of Michigan.  Barbara’s children will remember her as a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, homemaker and cook. She enjoyed music, dancing, doing crossword puzzles, playing “free cell” on her computer, and traveling.  She was very proud of the fact that she had visited all 50 states.  Barbara was a former member of Holt United Methodist Church.

Per her wish cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in Maple Ridge Cemetery, Holt. A memorial service will be held in spring 2021. Memorial contributions, in loving memory of Barbara Jean Griffin, can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. www.EstesLeadley.com
