Barbara Ann Baylis

of Lansing, age 78, passed away November 25, 2019.  She was born in Lansing on January 26, 1941, the daughter of the late Maurice “Whitey” and Ann (Hill) DeBrabander.

Surviving are:  her son, Craig Baylis; daughters, Kim (Mike) McManus and Kelly (Randy) King; 7 grandchildren, Courtney Baylis, Justin (Casey) Baylis, Sydney (Patrick) Kleinfelt, Erin (Kyle) Anderson, Nicholas (Cicily) Baylis, Brandon (Amanda) Baylis, and Joshua King; 7 great-grandchildren, Dawson, Delaney, Gianna, Mia, Jaxx, Kensington, and Oakleigh and a sister-in-law Kathy DeBrabander.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 59 years John J. “Jack” Baylis, and her brother David DeBrabander

At Barbara’s request, there will be no service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Old Newsboys Association. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Online condolences may be left for his family at www.EstesLeadley.com

Sorry for your loss. I believe that the reunion with jack was a joyous one. I don’t think I ever saw them alone and they always look so at ease and happy together. May they rest in pease . God bless the kids. A special pray for Craig.
