Barbara A. Sheldon
Age 64, of Mason, passed away April 9, 2011. She was born on November 24, 1946, in Lansing.
Barbara worked as a legal secretary for Judge Harvey Hoffman and was a collector and dealer of vintage clothing. She just adored her great-granddaughter, Lilly.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Bill Graham and her mother, Roberta “Pud” Edgar. She is survived by her longtime friend, Wayne Stowell; son, Andrew Sheldon; daughter, Melissa Milewski; grandchildren, Robert Sheldon, Carson Sheldon, Michael Bobick; great-granddaughter, Lilly MacCann; brothers, James (Mary) Graham, Bill (Darlene) Graham, Scott (Gerri) Guild; sister, Judy (Gary) McNatt; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or to the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor.
