Arthur Wayne Jester
August 12, 1933 – October 17, 2022
Survived by his spouse Carolyn, his younger sister Lucille, and his children Kathy Waterman, Deborah Strike, Robert Jester, and Melissa Hallock. Carolyn and Wayne celebrated their 59th anniversary this year.
We wish to celebrate his life and all that he was. Wayne served in the military for the Army and the Air Force for a total of 20 years. He served in Vietnam and Korea, and during his time was awarded a purple heart, among many other awards. Wayne was a good man who would help anyone in need. He was an airplane mechanic in the military and loved to fix anything. He enjoyed watching wrestling, old westerns, rodeos and football.
There will be no service. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
