Mrs. Afshar-Mehrabi, age 84, of Okemos, MI, passed away August 4, 2013. She was born May 12, 1929, in Ghazvin, Iran.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing, MI.
