Ahmed El-Assad
Age 84, of East Lansing, MI, passed away May 25, 2015. He was born May 25, 1931, in Sudan, son of Mohamedsaed El-Assad and Eltoma Hassan.
Ahmed is survived by son Tarig El-Assad, daughter Nadia Saeed, son-in-law Elsadig Hagel, and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Kaltoum Gibreil on May 8, 2015.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Islamic Center of Greater Lansing, 900 S. Harrison, East Lansing. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
