Current Services

Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2025, at Galilee Baptist Church, Lansing. Her family will receive relatives and friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday at the church.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Mt. Hope Church in Lansing.

Memorial visitation: 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Riverwalk Theatre, Lansing. Please consider a donation to the Riverwalk Theatre or the Capital Area Humane Society in Janet’s memory.

A memorial service will be held at University Lutheran Church, East Lansing on May 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at Romeo Cemetery later. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (https://umcmission.org/give-to-umcor/) in memory of Victor Dotson. 

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, in the Chapel at Deepdale Memorial Gardens, Lansing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Emanuel Lutheran Church, Lansing.
