There will be a memorial service held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 21, 2026, with a luncheon to follow, at the Holt United Methodist Church, 2321 N. Aurelius Rd., Holt, MI 48842. Steve’s family has requested memorials be directed to the American Red Cross or the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride for men’s health.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2026, at West Carmel Cemetery in Charlotte, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
There will be no service. Norma will be laid to rest, together with Noel, at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Moorefield, AR, later this month.

Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. A Trisagion service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Age 98 of Lansing passed away October 20, 2026. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 9, 2026, at The Church of the Resurrection, Lansing. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lansing. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2026 with a Rosary Service at 4:00 p.m. at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. There will also be visitation for one hour prior to the funeral on Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Old Newsboys.
The service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Violet Wright, to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Inurnment will follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Ele’s Place in memory of Steve.
Carole has requested cremation with no memorial service. Inurnment will take place in Deepdale Memorial Gardens, Lansing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Capital Area Humane Society. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 23 at St. Mary Cathedral, 219 Seymour Ave., Lansing, MI, followed by luncheon and then interment. Viewing will be Thursday, October 22, 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m., at Estes- Leadley Funeral Home, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing, MI
There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to The Nature Conservancy, Area 8 Special Olympics or Ele’s Place in memory of Bob.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Cathedral, or to the Greater Lansing Food Bank, in memory of Dube Coulter.
