Age 82, of Dimondale, passed away March 14, 2012. He was born February 1, 1930, in Tiffin, Ohio, the son of the late Samuel and Cecil Mominee. Michael worked for Diamond REO and Lansing Drop Forge.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Dreama; daughters, Connie Sue Shaw and Kerri Lynn (Derek) Mominee; 6 grandchildren, Tim (Mary) Noble, Briar (Chris) Stimer, Troy (Katy) Noble, Rachal (Sean) Doré, Tricia (Guy) Noble and Megan Shaw; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Lyle (Arlene) Mominee; sister, Veronica (Jack) Piggott; brother-in-law, Pat McQueen; sister-in-law, Luella Hansen; and many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers Jack and Robert Mominee and his sister Virginia Zimmerman.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Interment will follow in Dimondale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice.
