To Aunt Gail and all my loving cousins
Words cannot express my unconditional love to you all as well as what Uncle Dick meant to me!
Gail I thank you for entering his life and holding true through all the good as well as bad times.
I am so happy that you found each other and that you took such great care of him through all his aliments.
I love each and every one of you and cannot put into words just how much I will miss him.
I know that he is always with me because he was such influence.
As I told you he once was my room mate as a child, my bunk mate at deer camp, always a mentor never turning me away, but most of all My Uncle Dick.

Love Gary

The City of Lansing neighborhoods were always a little safer knowing that Dick was around. I know that Myself and other officers appreciated having him as a ride along. Dick was a class act and the type of guy that was always willing to help anyone at anytime.
When I last spoke to Dick I told him that I appreciated all he had done for me and that we all learned a lot from him. Even then Dick was humble.
Although Dick is gone he is and always will be in our hearts and a piece of him lives in all of us.
For the Weber family our thoughts and prayers are with you. If there is anything you need don’t hesitate to call.

Dick was a was an excellent man and an active, caring citizen when he was a resident of Lansing. I enjoyed having him as a police ride-a-long on the several times he rode with me in the 1990’s. He was one of the “good guys”. Our thoughts go out to his son Eric and the rest of the Weber family.
