I am so sorry for the loss of your son, brother, uncle, friend. I worked with Nick at LCC; though I didn’t know him well, he was very polite, and had a willingness to assist with whatever was needed. What I will remember was a fun-loving grin and nature that could lighten a workday. My prayers go out to your family.

Nick was a friend of my son, a very good friend to my son, and an influence that will remain with him the rest of his life.

What a wonderful young man Nick was. We know him through Demolay with our son Ben Jones. Nick was always caring and so funny. I loved it when he mimicked the political commercials. He always made me laugh. We loved having all the boys over…made the house so lively and fun. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Just know that your son touched many many lives in wonderful, good ways. May God bless you and hold you tight now.

Our hearts ache for Nick’s family. Lansing Chapter of DeMolay certainly benefitted from Nick’s participation there. He was a leader and so well liked by everyone who knew him.

It just does not seem to make any sense. What a fine young man. While we have finite minds, we cannot fathom why the passing of one so young with so much to offer. Your family remains in my constant thoughts and prayers. May your faith be strong and may God comfort you in this time of great need and sorrow.

Your mother and I volunteered at Ingham Regional years ago. She was a wonderful woman and a joy to work with. My deepest condolences to your entire family. The level of your grief, losing both your son and mother, is unimaginable.
My deepest sympathy, Peggy Denike
