Mildred V. Pullman

Age 93, of Okemos, formerly of Lansing, passed away on October 16, 2011. Mildred was born on August 19, 1918, the daughter of Victor B. and Elizabeth Jane (Olmsted) Gibbs. Mildred retired from Litho Plate Service. She worked on many democratic campaigns and was active in the Senior Citizens Council.

Mildred was predeceased by her parents, three brothers Norman, William and Bartlett Gibbs; two sisters, Nelli Pullman and Elsie Sneller; son-in-law, Richard Krieger; granddaughter, Kelli Cardwell; and great-grandson, Chad Cardwell. Surviving are her husband of 74 years Wilfred Joe Pullman; children, Betty (Lloyd) Hoffner, Wilfred J. (Lynda) Pullman, Jr. and Carol Krieger; and sister, Darlene (Dale) Golombisky. Mildred is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2011. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ICMCF in support of the Ingham County Medical Care Facility Foundation, 3860 Dobie Road, Okemos, MI 48864. Arrangements by Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
