Mike and Kay are our neighbors at Grand Isle Marinaand have been for a lot of years. He was a great guy and fun to be with. They enjoyed our granddaughters and listened to their stories as they grew up. He was really missed this summer but the boat was there and we kept it clean for him. He loved a clean boat! Our prayers are with Kay and the family and know that he is at peace now.

when I heard Mike’s passing, my heart just broken. I am an international student of MSU five years ago. When I was an intern in the Township office, I was so lucky to met Kay there and have been invited to spent an weekend with Mike and Kay in Grand Haven. They gave me the most great memories in that end of summer. We had a great time in the Splash and have BBQ with other friends there. They let me felt like back home, so warm so happy. Mike is not only a dear friend of me but a family number in my heart. So deeply saddened to say goodbye to him. I will cherish his memory forever. I know Kay’s sorrows are very great at this time, and my thoughts and prayers are with you, Kay.
