Thanks to your influence, being a teacher was the highest aspiration I ever had. You lead me to what I am – still teaching after all these years. Blessings to your family, I know they will miss you dearly. Thank you, Dennis 1962

There weren’t many teachers who could keep a group of teenagers captivated in and outside the classroom and he was exceptional at it.. I still tell “Mr Rudd” stories to this day! God bless him and my prayers to his family during this challenging time. Class of ’82

The world has lost an amazing man. Few could inspire so many young minds over such a vast period of time. Feels like yesterday I was sitting in class listening in amazement to a teacher who spoke to us as if we were adults and challenged us to question the lesson plan, to ask why? To ask how? My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Thank you Mr. Rudd!

Mr. Rudd was my favorite and most inspirational teacher. He made a difference. May his family be comforted by having spent many years with such a special person.
