It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn’t go alone,
Apart of us went with you,
The day god took you home.

A million times we missed you,
A million times we cried,
If love could have saved you,
You never would have died.

To the grave we travel,
The flowers are placed with care,
No-one knows the heartache,
As we turn to leave you there.

If tears could build a stairway,
And heartaches could make a lane,
We would walk a path to heaven,
And bring you back again.

Glad your not in pain anymore Grandpa… RIP 3/30/2014

Great memories of John. He was a wonderful, Godly man and knew that he sincerely cared. His energy, encouraging words, and positive, vibrant personality will be cherished. He was full of spunk with his cool purple shirts and had an amazing personality. Lifting you all up in prayer for peace and comfort and cherishing the great memories with John. With much love, Dawn Pike
