Farewell, Old Friend-. I have known you for most of my life and have always known that your heart was bigger than you are. Give Phyllis a hug for us and rest in peace.

On behalf of the Kiwanis Club of Okemos, and personally, want to extend deepest sympathy to the Brown family. Frank was a good man and a great Kiwanian and I enjoyed working with him on a number of occasions. He also admitted to enjoying the bagpipes.
A previous committment prevented my being there for the service.

Getting to know Frank as a young Kiwanis member several years ago was a true pleasure. He was always very gracious and kind to me.
He was a living example of how to live life to the fullest!
God Bless your family!
Laura
