I am sorry to hear of the passing of Floyd, Grandma Nell (Ruth Byers Hunt, Purnell), we always called her Grandma Nell, always talked of this part of the family. Knew more of things when she was alive, she was always the one that kept us in touch with that part of the family. Sorry, for your loss. It is hard to lose a loved one, may God keep you in His arms at this time. With Deepest Sympathy, Carol (Pat’s daughter)

Bonnie, Marcia, Robert, Tim and kids: My deepest sympathy and prayers go to you guys. Your husband, dad, father-in-law, grandfather always had such a calming gentle presence that I felt when he was around. Often made me wonder what he was thinking as he would just observe. (Also, reminded me of how Jeff was…usually only speaking if he felt he had something pertinent to say OR if he thought we would listen!!) This summer I was so blessed to be able to see you, Bonnie, and Floyd two times; I will treasure those times along with all the other years of “times” that we have had. I’m no judge but I have no doubt that I will see him again when Jesus returns. Something tells me the sparkle he often had in his eyes will be even brighter. Much love to all of you!
