It was a God-given privilege to be allowed to serve your family during a time of such heartache. I hurt with you, but not as one who has no hope. Even during the short time with her I knew Carissa was one of God’s chosen. My thoughts & prayers will be with you in the days & weeks ahead.

So sorry for your loss. I was fortunate to work with Carissa several years ago and she was such a bright light to everyone she encountered. I chose my daughter’s name Karissa after her because it was such a pretty name and Carissa was such a beautiful lady! I will always remember her kindness and happy smile! Prayers for your family during this difficult time.

Ever since I met Carissa, when Aly was in preschool, I have admired her faith and strength. She was an amazing witness to the Lord. She showed how to stand strong using the power of the Holy Spirit, even through the hardest of times. She was a blessing to so many! I am praying for you all!
